Changelog: Map Editor

The following video is a quick recording of the Map Editor in its current state. There is some lag in showing that the XML file is updated after save is pressed, though that's due to the system not the game, the save is instantaneous.
Textures are not all loaded yet so some test textures were used to demonstrate the random selection involved in displaying the zone.

World Clock

Step one for completion entails the creation of a map editor. The map editor will have some customizable aspects that are reused later at some point in the game by the Player Character. As of today, the world "clock" has been implemented. This clock will allow for changing of seasons.

Unlike a real life clock, the world clock was not assigned specific times or dates, it simply has a rollover time during which the day/night cycle will shift. Characters will be allowed at a later date to define their own calendar. More later.
